About the speaker:
Rodolphe is Co-Founder of Third Bridge, a global research organisation with over 1,000 employees in offices across three continents. He is responsible for the Product and Innovation department that drives a culture of constant improvement in the business.

Before founding Third Bridge, Rodolphe’s career included consultancy work at Bain & Company in Boston, Johannesburg and London, and five years’ management experience with Shell Corporation in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Rodolphe has an MBA from Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He is now a member of the Wharton Executive Board for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
